Rules for Using MintMySol

These Terms of Service govern your use of MintMySol’s no-code platform for minting Solana tokens. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Platform Usage

MintMySol enables no-code creation of Solana SPL tokens and memecoins. You must:

  • Be 18 or older or have legal authority to use our services.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Provide accurate token details (e.g., name, supply).
  • Avoid using MintMySol for illegal activities, such as fraud or money laundering.

2. Solana Minting Fees

Minting costs 0.1 SOL, with optional authority revocations at 0.05 SOL each. Fees are payable in SOL and non-refundable, except as required by law.

3. Blockchain Transactions

Minting creates irreversible Solana blockchain transactions. You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring sufficient SOL for fees and rent exemptions.
  • Verifying token details before minting, as blockchain data is permanent.
  • Understanding that MintMySol does not control blockchain outcomes or fees.

4. Intellectual Property

You own uploaded content (e.g., logos, descriptions). By uploading, you grant MintMySol a non-exclusive license for minting and metadata storage. Our platform and branding are our intellectual property.

5. Third-Party Services

We integrate with services like Phantom, Pinata, and Helius, which have their own terms. MintMySol is not liable for their performance.

6. Disclaimers

MintMySol is provided as-is without warranties. We do not guarantee:

  • Token value or market success.
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service.
  • Protection against blockchain risks (e.g., hacks, network issues).

7. Limitation of Liability

MintMySol is not liable for damages from platform use, including loss of funds or token value. Use at your own risk.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, illegal activities, or platform harm. You may stop using MintMySol at any time.

9. Terms Updates

We may update these terms periodically. Changes will be posted here, and continued use implies acceptance.
